SUMMARY:Holiday Lights Recycling
DESCRIPTION:What do you do with non-working strings of holiday lights (after you’ve tried replacing broken bulbs and fuses)? Recycle them with us! \n\n\n\nLast year\, we collected 4\,227 pounds of lights from 45 locations across 26 wards. That brought our five-year total to 14\,801 pounds of lights diverted from the landfill. \n\n\n\nThis year\, in collaboration with our amazing logistics partner\, WasteNot Compost\, we’re continuing toward our goal of serving all 50 of Chicago’s wards and making it easier for every Chicagoan to recycle broken string lights responsibly. \n\n\n\nCheck out our Holiday Lights Collection page for a map and list of locations. \n\n\n\n	\n\nholiday lights recycling details
